Payment
We accept payment by: Credit Card, PayPal, Direct Deposit, Cheque, Money Order & Cash (in store only).
Payment for pre-orders is not required until the item is ready to ship.
When your order is backordered you will not be charged until the item is ready to ship (unless paying by PayPal which is processed immediately).
Shipping
All orders are shipped through Australia Post.
Some heavy and bulky items may need to be shipped by courier, however where this is the case you will be contacted before your order is processed.
International orders are shipped by international air mail through Australia Post. Tracking is not available. If your order has not arrived within 30 days please contact us.
Returns Policy
Please note that we do not give refunds if you change your mind. You may however exchange your product for an item of similar value or accept store credit to the value of the item.
No exchanges will be accepted after 14 days of purchase.
A 30 day period will be extended to those products with a manufacturing fault.
All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt of purchase.
Postage for returns and postage for a subsequent replacement item is to be paid for by the customer. Where there is a manufacturing fault postage for the replacement item will be free.
Layby Terms & Conditions
1. A 10% deposit must be paid in order to establish the lay-by.
2. The full amount of the lay-by must be paid within a 3 month period (may be extended to 6 months for Saddle lay-bys)
3. If the lay-by is cancelled by the customer before the three month period is over the inital 10% deposit will be forfeited and a store credit will be issued for the remainding monies paid.
4. At the end of the three month period if the full amount has not been paid a reminder notice will be issued.
5. If the full amount is not paid within 14 days of the reminder notice being issued, all monies paid will be forfeited and a lay-by cancellation notice will be issued.
