Payment
We accept payment by: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), PayPal, Bank Deposit, AfterPay, or ZipPay.
All credit card payments are processed immediately.
If payment is not received by Bank Deposit within 3 business days of the order being placed the order will be cancelled and the goods released back into stock.
International Orders may be paid by either PayPal or Credit Card (AfterPay is also now available to New Zealand customers).
In Store Pickup
Shipping
All order placed before 2.30pm (AEST) are currently being shipped same day where possible. You will be advised by email where there is an extended delay.
Customers have been experiencing delivery delays with Australia Post, please be aware of this, however as always feel free to contact us if you have not received your package within a reasonable time frame. The express post shipping guarantee has also been suspended and parcels are not always going overnight where they normally would. A shipping estimate can be found in the shopping cart before entering checkout.
Orders are shipped through Australia Post.
All orders are provided with a tracking number.
We accept no responsibility for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. We will however assist in communicating with the shipping carrier to try and find lost parcels, any compensation received will be passed onto you as either a refund or credit towards a replacement.
You may select either Regular Post or Express Post. Orders can be tracked through the Australia Post website (please allow 24 hours after receiving your dispatch notice for tracking to be available): http://auspost.com.au/track/.
Express Post overnight delivery is only available in the Express post network, addresses outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery, but without any guarantee as to time frame. When you are shown the shipping options it will also state if you are within or outside the express post network.
International orders are shipped by standard international air mail through Australia Post with tracking provided. If your order has not arrived within 30 days please contact Australia Post with the parcel number.
Price Matching
We do not generally price match with other stores. We will however at our discretion price match with official Australian brand websites i.e. Ariat, Wrangler, Akubra etc.
Our prices are the same in store as online.
Discount Codes
If you have received a business card with a discount code please note that the following conditions apply:
- The discount code must be entered when ordering through the website. Or the card surrendered when purchasing in store / in our mobile store.
- The discount is available for one purchase per person only. (This does not need to be your first purchase, it can be saved to use on any order)
- The discount applies to in stock items only. No special orders / saddle orders.
- The discount does not apply to Jim Taylor saddles unless stated.
- The discount may be used on Clearance items, but is not available in conjunction with promotional sales (e.g. our End of Year sale)
- Only one discount code may be used at a time.
If you are a member of the Australasian Team Roping Association you can receive 10% off one order using the discount code: ATRA
