Payment & Shipping


We accept payment by: Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard or American Express), PayPal, Bank Deposit, AfterPay, or ZipPay.

All credit card payments are processed immediately.

If payment is not received by Bank Deposit within 3 business days of the order being placed the order will be cancelled and the goods released back into stock.

International Orders may be paid by either PayPal or Credit Card.


All orders are currently being shipped same day / next business day. There may be delays due to the impact of COVID-19. Please also check Auspost for any delivery delays:

A shipping estimate can be found in the shopping cart before entering checkout.

Orders can either be shipped through Australia Post or Sendle (Sendle is currently not available). Please ensure if you select Sendle that there will be someone available to sign on delivery, delivery to PO boxes is also not available with this option.

All orders are provided with a tracking number.

We accept no responsibility for packages once they are in the hands of the shipping carrier. We will however assist in communicating with the shipping carrier to try and find lost parcels, any compensation received will be passed onto you as either a refund or credit towards a replacement.

For Australia Post delivery you may select either Regular Post or Express Post. Orders can be tracked through the Australia Post website (please allow 24 hours after receiving your delivery notice for tracking to be available):

Express Post overnight delivery is only available in the Express post network, addresses outside this network will receive the fastest possible delivery, but without any guarantee as to time frame. When you are shown the shipping options it will also state if you are within or outside the express post network.

International orders are shipped by standard international air mail through Australia Post with tracking provided. If your order has not arrived within 30 days please contact Australia Post with the parcel number.
