Returns Policy

Please note that we do not give refunds if you change your mind. You may however exchange your product for an item of similar value or accept store credit to the value of the item.

No exchanges will be accepted after 30 days of purchase.

A 60 day period will be extended to those products with a manufacturing fault (please contact us before posting the product back, and we may require photo's showing the defect).

All returns must be accompanied by an original receipt of purchase.

Postage for returns and postage for a subsequent replacement item is to be paid for by the customer.

Where there is a manufacturing fault postage for the replacement item will be reimbursed (only in cases where you have contacted us first and we have approved the return).
