ORDERS FROM 1-24 DECEMBER CAN BE RETURNED UNTIL 31 JANUARY 2022.
- All returns must be in original condition with original packaging, and if purchased in store, accompanied by a receipt.
- In the case of hats shipped in a proper hat box, the box must also be in original condition, and if being returned by post there should be packaging around the hat box.
- Returns are accepted both in store or through the post.
- A form is included with all postal orders to make the returns process easier. If you loose this sheet, please either contact us for another copy, or ensure to include a note stating who is sending the item back and why.
- REFUND: A refund will be issued when a product is returned within 14 days of the invoice date.
- Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.
- Postal costs will NOT be refunded. (excpect in the case of faulty/wrong products)
- EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT: Items may be returned for an exchange or store credit within 30 days of the invoice date. Store credit does not expire.
- For postal returns the parcel must be postmarked within the returns period to be eligible.
- A refund will only be issued within the original invoice period—e.g. if a product is first exchanged and then a refund is requested, it must still be within the original 14 days, not from the invoice date of the exchange.
- A subsequent exchange/store credit however will be accepted within 30 days of the exchanged invoice date.
- All postage costs for returns/exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. (You may choose to include an Australia Post pre-paid satchel with your return for our use)
- Where an item is damaged/missing/incorrect please contact us for authorisation before returning.
- NO RETURNS are accepted for Custom Orders / Special Orders / Sample Products.
